The Lyon Armchair is named after the Parisian city for its innovative design. The French mechanised build of this chair shows off expert woodwork in a design that is rewarding and reflective.

The tapered legs and steam-bent backrest as well as the perfectly proportioned seat are all made from solid Rubberwood.

Rubberwood is a medium-density hardwood that’s eco-friendly, durable, and easy to work with, making it a popular choice for furniture applications. The wood is naturally blonde to medium tan in colour, but can be processed with a wide variety of colours, stains, and finishes. Processed rubberwood is resistant to shrinking and cracking, but is not recommended for outdoor use or exposure to excessive moisture.
